The RPO solution allows a client to contract out recruiting tasks. Hevar Systems Inc. assumes all the burdens and tasks associated with the recruiting cycle. We impact costs by focusing on reducing the average time to fill an open requisition and by examining the average salary of existing recruiters and the metrics/goals associated with their productivity and performance.

With Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), you can outsource just a part of your recruitment process (On-Demand) or all of your recruitment process (Enterprise). We can do as little or as much of the recruiting tasks as you want us to do! We offer all of our recruiting services together with Enterprise RPO or separately with On-Demand RPO.

Hevar Systems Inc. also offers Project RPO for surge hiring in a particular division or function that requires a certain number of hires in a defined period of time. We understand your time constraints and will work with you to create a strategy to meet your hiring needs within a certain amount of time. Project RPO can be an end-to-end service where you outsource all of your recruitment process or can be used for specific services.
